Family Therapy

Family therapy is a space for your family to slow down, listen to one another, and work through patterns that feel stuck. I work with families navigating conflict, life transitions, stress, grief, and changes in roles or routines.

In our sessions, we’ll clarify what each person is hoping will be different and create shared goals together. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including family-systems work, CBT-informed strategies, and emotion-focused and somatic-based tools to support communication, regulation, and connection.

My role is to offer structure and guidance while honoring each person’s perspective. Over time, counseling can help your family understand patterns, reduce reactivity, and build more supportive ways of relating to one another.
