Group Sessions
Group sessions bring people together who are working through similar challenges, so you don’t have to do it alone. In a small, guided setting, you can share as much or as little as you’d like, learn new skills, and feel supported by others who ‘get it.’ I facilitate groups for adults around themes like anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, and life transitions. Each group has a clear focus, structure, and set of guidelines to help everyone feel as safe and respected as possible. My role is to guide discussion, teach practical tools, and help the group stay grounded and supportive while honoring each person’s pace and boundaries.

Types of Groups Offered
Therapeutic Process Groups
These groups focus on personal growth, emotional healing, and interpersonal connection. Participants explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships while receiving support and feedback from both the facilitator and fellow group members. These groups are ideal for individuals seeking ongoing support while developing healthier ways of coping and relating to others.
Psychoeducational Groups
These groups combine education with therapeutic discussion and practical skill-building. Participants learn evidence-based strategies they can immediately apply in daily life while having opportunities to ask questions, practice new skills, and reflect on personal experiences. Topics often include stress management, emotional wellness, boundaries, communication, self-esteem, and resilience.
Workshop Series
Some topics are offered as condensed learning experiences over one or two days. These workshops provide focused education, interactive activities, reflection exercises, and practical tools for immediate implementation. They are ideal for individuals, organizations, schools, and community groups seeking targeted mental health education.
